Vincent L. Howard was born in Denver, Colorado. He was raised in San Diego, CA, graduating from Abraham Lincoln High School in 1981. A 30-year veteran of the United States Air Force, he has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Maryland and a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Coaching from Bellevue University, Nebraska.  In his spare time, he enjoys playing the piano and learning Swahili as a testament to his ancestral heritage.
